“This space is built on curiosity, open-mindedness, and meaningful conversations. It’s not about talking at people or convincing them to see things a certain way... It’s about exploring ideas together, challenging assumptions, and considering different perspectives"
—Jeanne Ogilvie, Founder

A few things to
keep in mind...

Discussions should leave people feeling engaged, thoughtful, and inspired to take action, not overwhelmed or discouraged. The goal is to spark reflection and apply these insights to our daily live, whether in our relationships, communities, workplaces, or even at a broader societal level.

IT IS

Curiosity-driven – We ask questions, explore ideas, and challenge assumptions with openness, not agenda.

A conversation, not a lecture – Insights are shared in a way that invites discussion, not intellectual superiority.

Action-oriented – Discussions encourage reflection and inspire real-world application in relationships, work, and society.

Engaging and accessible – Complex ideas are welcome, but they should be presented in a way that is easy to grasp. You don’t need a PhD to participate! Just a willingness to think deeply and discuss openly.

Diverse in perspectives – Different backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints enrich the conversation. The goal is to explore multiple angles, not create an echo chamber.

IT IS NOT

Preaching or persuading – The goal isn’t to convince, but to explore different ways of thinking.

Doom and gloom – We acknowledge challenges but focus on insight, solutions, and action.

Highbrow or exclusive – Big ideas are shared in an accessible, engaging way (no jargon, no gatekeeping).

A passive reading space – This isn’t just about consuming content. It’s about engaging with it, sharing reflections, and applying insights to real-world situations.

A place for echo chambers – We don’t shy away from difficult conversations, but we also don’t seek comfort in surrounding ourselves only with like-minded views.

Your Contribtions:

This space thrives on thoughtful contributions.

When sharing a piece of content, please add a commentary (doesn't need to be an essay, just a few words).

For example, think about:

  • What question or idea are you exploring?

  • What stuck with you the most?

  • How has this shifted your perspective?

  • How could this be applied in daily life (in relationships, communities, workplaces, leadership, or policy)?

  • What next steps or actions does this spark?
