Sas's Share: Daniel Kokotajlo on Super Intelligence

From Sas: I found this podcast captivating and quite worrying. It is an interview with Daniel Kokotajlo, an American philosopher who worked at OpenAI. If he is to be believed,  superintelligence is closer than we think - next year in fact! And the consequences are terrifying. I REALLY hope he is wrong. It made me want to give up everything and take up surfing for my final days, but I will be interested to hear what others think.
