Sarah's Share: Mark Ronson on This Cultural Life

I had always just thought it was someone playing songs that they liked, but the brilliant Mark Ronson showed me that it is all about the other. 

He has an encyclopedic knowledge of music. He loves to DJ because he wants people on the dance floor to be transformed, to turn the crowd into a fever pitch, so that they sweat and they are brought into an atomic energy in which there is no chance of them leaving the floor. It is always inspiring to hear someone who is the best in the world at something talk about their art.
