David Brooks on Moral Courage for a Soulless Age

What I enjoyed most about this conversation was its breadth. David Brooks touches on everything from politics and religion to friendship, character and meaning. I was also interested in his own journey, moving from more socialist ideas towards conservatism, and hearing a conservative perspective that felt thoughtful and nuanced rather than extreme.
