From India: I’m finding Mastery by Robert Greene fascinating. One of its most compelling ideas is how remarkably consistent human behaviour is across centuries. The same patterns of ambition, ego, power, mentorship, succession and family dynamics repeat themselves generation after generation. Technology and circumstances change, but human nature changes very little. It’s a powerful reminder that understanding people is often more valuable than trying to predict the future.

So true India. Perhaps understanding people is what helps to predict the future. Human nature is timeless and the archetypes repeat across time - interesting though is societal norms vary across time and place, I wonder why.

Perhaps the rapid rise of AI will make our most human qualities a premium. Community, genuine connection, vulnerability and authenticity may become increasingly valuable precisely because they’re difficult to replicate. Human psychology hasn’t changed much over centuries - maybe this new era simply gives us a chance to express the best of it more intentionally.

Robert Green's books are excellent! They are well researched and very comprehensive in their coverage. I have read most, if not all. of his books and each is a masterpiece. I read Mastery several years ago, but I guess, I will read it again. Thanks for sharing, India!
